However, we do not promise that your press releases will be featured prominently in search engines or any media outlet. Contact us if you have any issues regarding the execution of your press release.

We can modify or discontinue a service anytime, including adding or removing features or capabilities. Moreover, we reserve the right to impose additional limitations on our services or discontinue their provision to you at any moment.

While we will miss having you as a customer, you are free to discontinue use of our Services at any moment.

Your Account

 

You might need a Legal Publishing Network account to access certain services. You or an administrator (like your school or workplace) can sign up for an account; either way, it's free.

Protect the secrecy of your password to safeguard your account. Everything that happens in your account is your responsibility. Do your best to avoid using the same password for many online services. Please let us know if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account or password.

By submitting your contact and billing details to Legal Publishing Network, you confirm they are correct and complete.

Billing

Some of our Services are free to you, but some, such as public relations distribution, may have an explicitly stated cost.

At any moment, Legal Publishing Network may change or add to its current set of fees.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

The Legal Publishing Network Privacy Policy details the steps we take to preserve your privacy and handle the personal information you provide us with while using our Services.

Contributing or storing material is an option with sure of our Services. Any rights to that content's intellectual property that you may have remain with you. In a nutshell, you retain ownership of your belongings.

You grant Legal Publishing Network and our partners a perpetual, irrevocable, and global license to use, host, store, reproduce, alter, publish, publicly display, and distribute any content you submit or store using our Services. Your use of our Services is contingent upon the continuation of this license.

You must have a Legal Publishing Network account to upload or save content (such as news releases) to or through our Services.

All policies communicated to you during the content submission process must be followed. Every piece of material submitted must adhere to our Editorial Guidelines. We can change them at our discretion at any time.

Even if Legal Publishing Network has reviewed, edited, or created the information for you, you are still responsible for its correctness. Any information in the submitted material may or may not have been factually verified. In our absolute discretion, we may alter or reject the content or other information at any time and for any reason.

You are responsible for taking all necessary measures to prevent the submitted content from infringing on any third party's copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other intellectual or personal rights. Legal Publishing Network is not liable if any photos or videos included in the submitted content infringe on someone else's copyright.

Not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and laws about "spam," you must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies about submitted content.

We retain the authority to levy a fair fee for any expenses incurred in responding to regulatory demands or subpoenas regarding submitted content. Suppose a client is alerted of content submission breaches and continues publishing content substantially similar to the rejected content. In that case, we can remove credit(s) from their account without compensation and at our discretion.

You can use your press release credits once you buy them for a full calendar year.

Content Syndication

In addition to sites owned or controlled by Legal Publishing Network, our services are also built to assist you in finding news content that exists on other sites. The Services make it easy to find the news stories that interest you by providing links and brief descriptions. This includes all kinds of resources, including but not limited to words, photos, links, and descriptions ("Links").

You will be sent to the specific news website where that story first appeared by clicking on an article. The Service's intellectual property is owned and maintained by Legal Publishing Network. However, we do not assert ownership over the original news reports; that responsibility is with the sites that link to the Service.

Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual rights of Legal Publishing Network and/or third-party content providers ("Publishers") may protect the Links. Without the owner's explicit consent, you can't sublicense, sell, assign, or transfer any of the links supplied. You acknowledge that the Publisher must always be clearly identified as the source of any news information.

Our website may be a go-between for links to the original Publisher's site in the Links. When you use some of our services that produce links, you may not remove, disable, alter, or conceal this intermediate link and/or the code we give you.

We have complete control over how the Links are presented, including the ability to alter their appearance and format and add advertisements and press releases.

Including these links does not mean that Legal Publishing Network or its affiliates endorse the content or the site itself. Any information, content, goods, or services available on or through such third-party sites are not within Legal Publishing Network's or its affiliates' control. We are neither responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Sites that (a) encourage discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, (b) change the names of the Publishers or don't correctly attribute sources without the Publisher's consent, or (c) infringe upon intellectual property rights are not allowed to use the Links.

Please contact us case-by-case if you, as a publisher, would like your content removed from Legal Publishing Network's syndications, indexes, or links.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We hope you enjoy utilizing our Services, which provide a commercially fair level of skill and care. However, our Services do not guarantee anything in particular.

Any information or materials presented in our Services are displayed at your own risk, and we are not liable for their accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or deletion that may occur due to your use of our Services or your inability to access specific online materials. Neither Legal Publishing Network, its suppliers, nor its distributors make any particular claims regarding the Services unless otherwise stated in these terms or supplementary agreements. To illustrate, we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be available, reliably fulfill your requirements, or that their material will be accurate or complete. As is the case with the Services.

Some legal systems include implied guarantees, such as merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement. We disclaim all warranties to the entire degree that the law allows.

Liability for our Services

Profits, revenues, data, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and monetary losses are not the responsibility of Legal Publishing Network or its suppliers and distributors to the extent that this is allowed by law. If you have any claims under these terms, including implied warranties, Legal Publishing Network and its suppliers and distributors are only liable up to the amount you paid to use the Services (or, if we choose, to provide you the Services again) to the extent that this limitation is permissible by law.

Any loss or damage that is not reasonably anticipated will not be liable for by Legal Publishing Network or its suppliers or distributors.

We are cognizant that you may have consumer protections in your home country. No provision of these or any other terms shall limit, in the case of your personal use of the Services, any consumer legal rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Business Uses of Our Services

The business you represent agrees to these terms if you use our Services. In the event of a claim, suit, or action stemming from the Services or a breach of these terms, including but not limited to claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation expenses, and attorneys' fees, it will protect and defend Legal Publishing Network and its affiliates, officials, agents, and employees.

About These Terms

Under these Terms, you and Legal Publishing Network will have a partnership. They do not grant any rights to a third party as a beneficiary.

For instance, if the legislation changes or we improve our Services, we may revise these or any other agreements applicable to a Service. The Terms are something you need to review often. If these Terms are changed, we will notify you on this page. Any changes will not be applied to past events and will only take effect fourteen days after posting. Nevertheless, modifications to additional service features or changes implemented due to legal considerations will take immediate effect. Please stop using the Service immediately if you do not accept the updated terms.

We reserve the right to take further action at a later date or in any other manner we see fit if you violate these Terms, even if we do not act immediately.

The enforceability of any one term is independent of the enforceability of any other clauses.

The laws of the United States of America, namely the state of Florida, shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Any legal action stemming from your interaction with our Services shall be brought before the federal or state courts in Florida, USA, and you hereby irrevocably submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts. The exclusive jurisdiction resides with Florida's federal and state courts for all such matters. Any party who wins such an action can get their money back for everything that went into it, including reasonable attorney's fees, charges (taxable and non-taxable), and any other legal fees that were paid.
